The problem
Your CRM remembers everything and recommends nothing.
Small development teams don't lose donors from a lack of data. They lose them from a lack of a daily plan.
Data without direction
Donor databases are perfect archives and terrible advisors. Every gift, note, and email is in there somewhere, but nothing tells your team who needs attention before coffee gets cold.
Most first gifts become last gifts
Across the sector, most first-time donors never make a second gift. Not because they stopped caring, but because no one reached out at the moment it mattered.
The plan lives in someone’s head
Moves management usually means a spreadsheet and a development director’s memory. When they are out, on leave, or gone, the plan goes with them.
The product
Moves management that actually moves.
Two systems run in parallel for every donor: a giving ladder for the money and a stage pipeline for the relationship. The Today queue turns both into action.
The Giving Ladder
Every donor on a rung
DonorMap places every donor on a giving ladder from their real giving behavior, with a suggested next ask for each rung. Moves up are instant. Moves down get a grace window, so a missed month never quietly erases a relationship.
Donor stages
Behavior, not hand-updated fields
A six-stage relationship pipeline runs alongside the ladder, from first-time supporter to legacy builder. Stages update from what donors actually do, so the pipeline stays current without anyone doing data entry.
The Today queue
One ranked list, not ten reports
Lapsing recurring gifts, stalled donors, open follow-ups, and unfulfilled commitments flow into one queue, banded into Now, Today, and This week. Complete with an outcome, snooze, or dismiss, with a 30-second undo.
A command center home
Act without leaving the page
KPIs, needs-attention cards, pipeline value and 30-day movement per stage, and a donor rail that opens a mini profile so you can log a call, send an email, or clear an action right where you are.
How it works
Keep your CRM. Add the muscle.
- 1
Connect what you already use
Plug DonorMap into your CRM or giving platform, or start with a CSV import. There is no rip-and-replace and no migration project.
- 2
DonorMap maps every donor
The engine reads contacts, gifts, recurring plans, and interactions, then silently places every donor on a ladder rung and a relationship stage. No setup marathon.
- 3
Your team works the Today queue
Every morning there is a short, ranked plan. Completed work writes back to the system you already trust, so nothing is copied and nothing is lost.
Not another CRM
Built to sit on top, engineered like it matters.
DonorMap is an overlay by design. Under the hood is the discipline that makes that claim real.
A source-agnostic data contract
The engine reads exactly five things: contacts, gifts, recurring plans, interactions, and users. Every data source maps into that contract, and an automated boundary check keeps the engine from ever reaching around it.
Write-back, not lock-in
Completing work in DonorMap writes a note, task, or interaction back to your system of record. Your CRM stays the source of truth, and you can walk away with everything intact.
Consent handled the right way
Your CRM owns marketing consent, and DonorMap honors it. One exception, in your favor: a STOP or unsubscribe on a channel DonorMap sends from is suppressed instantly, then written back.
Integrations we're building
Made for the CRM you already use.
DonorMap is being built connector-first. These are the CRMs and giving platforms on the launch roadmap, and waitlist members vote on what ships first.
In development, shipping with launch. Not seeing yours? A universal CSV import covers everything else on day one, and the waitlist decides which connector we build next. All product names belong to their respective owners; listing here means DonorMap is building a connection, not a partnership or endorsement.
Why trust it
Born in production, not in a pitch deck.
DonorMap grew out of Evolor, a donor and supporter management platform already running in production for a working nonprofit team: live donations, recurring giving, events, receipts, email and SMS. The giving ladder, stage pipeline, and Today queue run against real donor data every night, not against a demo dataset.
That is the standard for launch: software that has already done the job, opened up to the teams on the waitlist.
Nightly engine runs
Ladder placement, grace sweeps, and queue scoring run on real data every night.
Write-back loop closed
Completed actions feed outcomes back into the engine, so suggestions get sharper.
Security reviewed
The platform ships behind rate limiting, row-level security, and routine adversarial review.
Built for the long game
Six stages, from first gift to legacy builder, because retention is the whole point.
FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers.
Can I buy DonorMap today?
Not yet. DonorMap is in private preview and is not for sale. Joining the waitlist is the only way in right now: waitlist members get first access and launch pricing before anyone else.
Do I have to leave my current CRM?
No. DonorMap is built as an overlay. It reads from the tools you already use through a source-agnostic data contract and writes completed work back to them. Your CRM stays the system of record.
What will DonorMap cost?
Pricing will be published at launch. Waitlist members see it first and lock in launch pricing.
What is Evolor?
Evolor is the company and platform behind DonorMap. Evolor makes donor and supporter management software for nonprofit teams: donors, donations, events, email and SMS, and live impact reporting. DonorMap is the moves-management product built on that platform.
How is my donor data handled?
Connections are opt-in, read-only wherever possible, and disconnectable at any time. Consent stays with your CRM as the source of truth, and an opt-out on any channel DonorMap sends from is honored instantly. The details are spelled out in our Privacy Policy.
Be first in line.
DonorMap is in private preview and not yet for sale. The waitlist is how teams get in: first access, launch pricing, and a say in which connectors ship first.
